Stephanie was amazing from the start! We did a meet and greet beforehand because one of our dogs can be a little shy (and a big baby 😅), and we wanted to make sure everyone was comfortable. She was so sweet right away, and both of our dogs absolutely loved her golden retriever, Sam! She sent lots of updates, pictures, and videos, which we really appreciated. The dogs loved playing outside in her apartment courtyard, and she even took extra care of one of our dogs during a bad storm when he was super anxious. Tyler and Jordan are absolutely wonderful pet sitters, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. I receive daily photos and videos of Cacique and Khaleesi, which always gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. It’s obvious they genuinely love spending time with them, and my dogs are always so excited to see them—they feel safe, happy, and completely comfortable in their care. They also go out of their way to accommodate Khaleesi’s needs, especially around mealtimes when she can be a bit shy and needy, making sure she feels secure and cared for, and they are very mindful of Cacique’s arthritis, ensuring low-impact movement and play so as not to aggravate his condition. My dogs have very different personalities and energy levels—Cacique loves playing fetch with balls and spending one-on-one time with humans, while Khaleesi is much more social and wants to play with any dog willing to engage—and Tyler and Jordan handle both of them beautifully, adjusting naturally to what each dog needs. Even though I have friends who would gladly watch them for free, Tyler and Jordan are the only people I fully trust with my most precious treasures. The peace of mind they give me is priceless. I’m able to truly enjoy my time away knowing Cacique and Khaleesi are not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for and loved.
