“I really appreciated all of Lilia's dedication and attention to my Penelope. I was very nervous as this was the first time that I left Penelope with a Rover sitter, however Lila did great in calming my nerves. She sent me many pictures of Penelope throughout my trip, provided other updates and was able to adjust when I needed to extend the stay an extra day. Penelope also did great with the other dogs and got to enjoy lots of playtime! I would recommend Lilia to anyone that is looking for a caring and thoughtful sitter. I had some concerns since she’s a bit of a handful at times but he handled her with ease and did a wonderful job at it. “Bassam was an absolute lifesaver with a last second request, and the best part is that our girl was tuckered out and happy when we picked her up. She was wagging her tail and clearly felt super comfortable with Bassam even though she can be shy at first. We got multiple pupdates throughout with photos of her running around with the other dogs in a lovely outdoor fenced in yard. The quick communication, seamless drop off and pick up and the excellent care for our June meant the world. It gave us so much peace of mind and we could not recommend Bassam more! 10/10. Our #1 choice will always be to have our girl stay with Bassam in the future pending availability - thank you so much!!”

We chose to book with Erika last minute when we couldn’t find a sitter for Vinny. I would describe myself as an overprotective dog mom, but Erika put me at ease. She sent frequent pictures and videos while we were away along with updates. She was also very flexible when I had to pick him up late at night. I would definitely recommend her and leave with her again in the future!
I have never left my dog at a rover before, and Bassam made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. My dog is 10 months old and she had a great time (even as a small 18 pound pup) plenty of time outdoors and once a day I’d get pictures and an update. She even was cuddled at night instead of in her crate!! Would totally bring my pup back here again :)
JoJo was the most amazing sitter for our 2 dogs!! Her communication was excellent and her care was top notch!!! We left our Peaches and Maggie with her for a full 7 days and last night they were actually pouting that they were back home. they've never done that before so we know they had the times of their lives!! 1000 STARS wouldn't be enough
Boarding Penny Lane with Nicolle was awesome. Seamless experience overall, drop off and pickup were smooth and easy to coordinate. Nicolle took great care of my chihuahua, sometimes a challenging breed. My pup has a lot of character and was a little standoffish and snippy at first. Nicolle was patient and communicative with me so we could figure out a wya to get Penny Lane’s harness on/off so she could go outside. Thank you for taking great care, Nicolle! Will definitely book with you again :)
Sarah is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! She provided great communication, updates, photos, & handled my pups adjustment to my leaving with grace & lots of love. My dog was definitely sad coming back home with me after a few great days at Sarah's. I wish I could gatekeep Sarah so I can always use her, but that would be a disservice for all the other pups & owners looking for a great pet sitter! Felt so at ease during my trip & never had a worry about how my dog was doing. Thank you, Sarah!
Jessica was amazing with Drax. He and Sebastian seemed to have done well together, and Jessica was so nice about sending lots of updates and pictures to me every day. She was super understanding when we had to come by to drop off more food for the week, and remained flexible with our schedules. I would absolutely book with Jessica (and Sebastian) again.
Thomas was such a wonderful dog sitter! I was quite nervous beforehand since it’s been 5+ years since I’ve used Rover, however, Thomas had excellent communication and provided so many photos/videos of my Benji. I was so relieved seeing how much fun Benji was having with Thomas and how comfortable he looked in Thomas’ home. Benji seems to have made new friends during his stay with Thomas! I’ll definitely be booking again!😊
