“This was our first ever experience with Rover.com and we couldn't have been any more pleased! Nancy was fantastic! Our dog was in the best hands possible. We received updates, pics and videos, as many or as few as we wanted... We were nervous about leaving our pup with a stranger, but our meet' n greet couldn't have gone any better. Charlie was instantly at home and the energy of the house was comforting and relaxed. He got to run around in a nice open fenced in yard and even play with some other pups that were visiting. Any fear of this not working out were completely dashed. We just picked up our pooch yesterday and have already booked our next getaway. Thank you Mark and Nancy!”

She took her time to integrate her into the household, and then sent me pictures every night with her and Jordan's pup as well as her kid. Patches will skip meals when her routine is disrupted, and Jordan went out of her way to correspond with me and encourage her to eat. Very caring, organized, and accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“Jazlyn was so great with Sammy! She was the first sitter we have used from Rover and she made me feel so much better about leaving him. Sammy had such a fun time playing with Jazlyn’s dog Miko in the yard and I loved getting all the pictures and updates, she made sure I knew what was going on throughout the day. She really went above and beyond to make sure Sammy was comfortable in a new environment and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing that Sammy was being so well taken care of! Jorie is absolutely amazing…(in case you don’t read any further) This was our first time going out of town and trusting our pup with anyone, so we were quite nervous about this, we stopped by to meet her and from that instance we knew she was right for us, she cuddled and played with him, like he was her very own. When we came back to leave our pup with her she reassured us, that our pup would feel like he was on vacation himself, and she was true to her word….everyday while we were on vacation we received 1,2, and 3 pics from her showing us what a great time he was having…Jorie put us at ease and we couldn’t ask for anyone better…so if you have truly read all this …reach out to her, you won’t find a better person than her, she’s simply amazing.”

“I was new to the app and slightly nervous about using it. Theda suggested we stop by before our trip so she could meet our dogs and our dogs could meet her Sammie. She was extremely helpful and my dogs loved her right away. While we were gone she sent us plenty of updates (pictures) and I knew they were in good hands. They went on many walks and they played a lot. When we got them back they were happy and exhausted. I will definitely be using her again next time.”
