“Our original Rover sitter canceled on us, 5pm the night before we were going to leave on a trip with our newborn baby. A frantic search led me to Steve - a true superhero who saved us from having to cancel all our plans. Steve immediately responded, invited us over for a meet and greet, and agreed to watch our dog, Deputy. We were so relieved and couldn't believe how lucky we got. During our trip, he provided tons of updates and pictures, allowing us to have a relaxing and stress-free vacation. Steve is a pro with dogs — Deputy isn't the easiest, she's stubborn and doesn't get along with other dogs. But by the end of her stay with Steve, she had warmed up to him and his girlfriend completely as well as their 2 dogs. Having our original Rover sitter cancel was a huge blessing in disguise.
