“Gina is absolutely amazing!! After doing a day trial run and then an overnight trial, we went on our first long international trip and needed to have someone care for our puppy while we were away. Our puppy thrives on personal attention and always being with someone. Gina was the perfect sitter who cared for him as her own. He was able to go on her furniture and sleep with her, just like he does at home. Gina sent lots of cute photos and videos while we were gone. She gave him a bath before we returned and even washed his blankets. I cannot say enough positive things about Gina. Our puppy was happy when we picked him up and loved his time with her. “Amazing first experience using Rover! I’ve never boarded our puppy before and was really nervous about doing so. We had planned this vacation to go back to the Midwest several months in advance but initially thought we would have someone just stop by to check in on him… He’s very social and got some anxiety being home alone for extended periods so I decided to board him. When I read Jon’s profile I was immediately sold. Jon has a great yard for the dogs to run around in, his own dog is gentle and kind and a perfect host. I reached out to Jon with less than a week notice and I was able to bring Max over to meet him within 24 hours of requesting booking. I got the sense that Jon knew what he was doing and genuinely cared for the dogs he watches. I was a little sad leaving Max but Jon was extremely communicative to let me know that he did fine the first night away. He sent picture and video updates throughout the trip too. Max got to hang out with other dogs and run around off leash. I kept calling it “puppy summer camp” because he genuinely seemed to be having more fun than he does at home. Drop off and pick up was super flexible, Jon was even willing to let us drop Max late into the evening before our red eye. He was also flexible with pick up, we were able to get Max the morning after our flight back. He’s back home now and is so happy and exhausted, I am so relieved that I won’t have to exercise him too much after having such a long vacation myself. Highly recommend Jon for anyone who is unsure about boarding their dog. I will always ask Jon first for any future bookings. Thank you!!!”
