Why I love dogs! I have always been an animal lover. I grew up with dogs in my home and that is how I learned to take care of and to be a responsible pet owner. Growing up, I would care for my neighbors' pets while they were away. As an adult, I have several years of pet sitting experience. My first pet sitting experience was a small, older dog who needed daily pill medication. I stayed at the owners house while they were away. Secondly, I watched a professional's two large dogs at her home, while she was out of town. Thirdly, I was a personal assistant for a professional and part of my job was to care for his large, adult dog. I would take the dog on walks, feed him, bathe and brush him and care for him at his home. Lastly, I have cared for a professional's dog and cats while he was out of town. I also help out friends with their pets when they are out of town and they do the same for me with my dog! Currently, I am "Rover Ready" to keep building upon my experiences and look forward to meeting new furry friends! Other info: I have worked part-time for a local house cleaning company for the last 5 years and also teach private piano lessons for about 8 years.
