Hello! My name is Raquel and I live in a cozy Victorian home in West Oakland. I am self-employed and also an absolute animal lover, so I have a lot of love and energy to offer, as taking care of your pooch is my priority! I have a vibrant background volunteering at the Santa Cruz animal shelter where I worked with dogs of all shapes, personalities, and sizes. I grew up with two Labradors, Sapphire and Yako, as well as a cat Tux who we found as a stray kitten. If you would like your dog to have a fun-packed walk or a comfortable and warm place to call home for a few days or weeks, let me know! My home is near Mandela Parkway, where many pups walk with their human counterparts throughout the day, as well as 2 large parks that have been converted into dog parks by other pooch lovers, perfect for bathroom breaks, longer walks, "doggie-picnics", and playtime! About my yard I have a fenced in yard for the pups to run around in on their quick potty breaks between walks.
