I'm a long time dog lover and my current living situation doesn't allow for me to have any pets of my own. I promise to treat your little friends as if they were my own, because I know that is how I would want someone to care for my pet. I had a lab for years before moving to the city, so I have experience with medium/large dogs and have cared for many of my friends' dogs of all sizes. I have to pay attention to detail for my day job, so if you have special instructions rest assured they'll be followed. Available after 5 pm during the week and most weekends.

I had a black lab of my own from the time he was a puppy until he was almost 5 (living space was restricted, placed him with family friend in need of a dog). Learned pet CPR/first-aid at this time.
Cared for neighbors' dogs growing up when they would be out of town.
Care for friends' and family pets on a regular basis.

My family has included a dog for a long as I can remember, so I've grown up with dogs. When I was in college, I took on the responsibility of having my own dog until I moved to Chicago and ended up in a living situation where I couldn't have him any longer.

The dog's behaviors and "schedule" are always important to know before caring for someone else's pet. I do not have breed preferences, I love them all!

Whatever instructions I am left, I'm willing to do. Depending on the task, it may change the compensation for the night, but that would obviously be discussed beforehand.

This depends on the needs of the dog and the request of the owner. I have my job from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, so I have a highly flexible schedule.
