Hi my name is Nick and I am a Senior pre-vet student at the University of Denver. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and will be attending CSU's professional veterinary medicine program in the Fall.
I obviously love animals and have a clean, secure apartment. Your dog will have fun and be safe with me while you're away. Relax while instead of worrying / leaving your dog in a kennel. Because I am a student I am home all-day and am able to spend time with your animals.
Pre-veterinary student in Denver, CO
I've grown up with dogs my entire life and will be attending veterinary school in the Fall.
I would like to know the personality (friendly/nervous/shy), if he usually barks, and whether or not he is house-trained (obviously).
Yes, I have my own car.
Yes, I have over 500 hours of volunteer experience in a veterinary hospital.
I have 2-3 hours of class Monday-Thursday, but it's not continuos and other than that I am home all day long.
I do not have a backyard (apartment living) but there is a grassy, open field across the street that I use when my dog is visiting.
It depends if he/she is crate-trained or if he prefers to sleep on a dog bed. If he has a crate he likes to sleep in you are welcome to bring that for him, otherwise he is welcome to use my dog's bed or sleep on the couch.
Around the neighborhood and across the street to the open field. I have one of the extendable leashes so your dog will be able to have more room to run around than he would on a regular leash.
