Hello...my name is Matt. I recently graduated with a PhD and am looking to do something fun in my spare time. I grew up with dogs for most my life (a Rottweiler named Cue, a Doberman named Dobie, and a Beagle named Curie) I absolutely love being around dogs. I grew up in Southern California and my dad decided to get a Doberman cause he thought she would be good for protecting the house. We named her Dobie (we weren't that clever back then). She was a total sweet heart. Shortly afterwards, we adopted a 3-legged Rottweiler named Cue so that Dobie could have a friend. Me and those two guys were inseparable, but the passed on when I was in high school :( Soon afterwards, when I was in college, we got a Beagle and I named her Curie (This is around the time I decided I was going to go into science, so the name was perfect). She was my best friend and loved to go swimming with me in the pool!!! Also almost every other member of my family, such as aunts and uncles, have owned dogs...so its pretty safe to say that I'm quite comfortable around dogs and have known dogs of many breeds and temperaments.

The only thing I would like to know about your dog is what he/she likes to do and what to avoid doing. I don't have any breed preferences.
