We have loved all of our pets as though they were members of our family and we know you feel the same way. We enjoy having your pet come and stay with us where we treat them as though they are our own. We also know how sometimes your pet would rather stay home while you are at work or are traveling. We are happy to come to your home to keep your pet company, play with them, feed them, walk them and do whatever else will keep them happy during your time away. We have experience with most kinds of animals: dogs, cats, birds, fish, and rabbits. I have been a very busy Rover.com pet sitter since July, 2014. I have owned animals my entire life. Everything from several different breeds of dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and fish. I also was a volunteer and foster mom for Animal Haven. Why I love dog sitting I have had some sort of dog in my life basically since I was born. I had dogs growing up - a black lab, a wire haired terrier and a beagle, dachshund mix. Since being on my own I have had a golden retriever, a yorkie and now I have a husky. I even have a grand-dog brown lab! I have volunteered at Animal Haven where we were given lots of special training as well. Meet my pets We have a 9 year old siberian husky that loves all people and all animals. We also have a 10 year old tabby cat that sleeps most of the time. About my yard Our backyard is fenced in. It is not huge, but believe me, there is plenty of room to scamper and play. My experience administering medication Yes. I used to foster cats and dogs for Animal Haven and that was a requirement.
