My name is Laura and I operate under the business name, Delightful Doggies.

Currently I offer in-home pet sitting services for any pet, and dog walking services. Soon I will be offering dog training, as I am working on certification to be a professional dog trainer. In addition, I am also studying to be a veterinary assistant and am pet first aid/CPR certified. I am also fully insured and bonded. The health, safety and happiness of your furry family members is very important to me!

All my life! I grew up with a border collie/English sheepdog mix and switched to cats for a while in my young adult life. I still have two cats, and have had another dog as well as currently have a dog. I foster dogs through my volunteer for local shelters and I also work with a lot of shelter dogs one-on-one to work on basic obedience and behavioral issues. I also used to work in dog daycare so I have experience managing pack play groups.

I love all dogs! They're all unique and have their own personalities, despite breed traits. I always do a complimentary meet and greet before doing sitting to ensure we know and are comfortable with each other. I pretty much always instantly fall in love! ;)

YES--I do have a 4WD vehicle that is maintained well and can deal with any type of weather, rain, snow or shine!

It depends on the type of visit you request. Overnight stays are generally an approximate 12-hour window (i.e., 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) so I can fit in whatever they need for morning/evening routines, and we can schedule additional visits should your pets need mid-day visits.
