I STARTED DOG TRAINING WHEN I WAS 13 WE HAD A SHEPPARD/COYOTE MIX PUPPY (ALL OF THE PUPS IN THE LITTER HAD BEEN PUT DOWN BECAUSE THEY ATTACKED DEER OR OTHER ANIMALS)
MY EGOR WON RIBBONS, PARTICIPATED IN PARAIDES & LIVED TO BE 14 YEARS OLD EVEN BECOMING BEST FREINDS WITH "SH" A BOSSY KITTEN WHO FOLLOWED EGOR AROUND LIKE A LITTLE BROTHER, PROVING THAT EVEN A WILD AT HEART DOG CAN BE AN ANGEL WITH TIME, TRAINING & LOVE =o)

All my life my first baby pictures I had my best friend "Jiggers" with me she was a German Sheppard, very protective when the photographer tried to get me to smile with a teddy Jiggers growled at him lol she was just a few mo old

What would you like to know about a dog before sitting him or her? Do you have any breed preferences?

Its important to be current on your shots. If your pup is potty trained and what kind of a schedule they are on. Social skills (temperament) with other people, dogs, cats, kids etc, special needs, allergies, food aggression, digger, barker, likes and dislikes. The more details the better.

Yes and we are a block away from Ansley Animal Hospital/Vet

How much time do you plan on spending with my dog each day?

I work from home as a photographer so Rover will have my full attention each day. Dogs are like children they have play time, nap time, snack time and recess :)

If you have a backyard, please describe it.

I have a Huge backyard/pool/garden with privacy fence. Dog friendly with lots of sun & shade.
All day access, water inside and out and endless toys to chose from.

Where will my dog sleep?

I have 4 dog beds extra dog blankets or crates if needed. If Rover likes to snuggle that's fine 2 :)

I let the dogs run in the yard all day I am Walking distance to Piedmont park &

Harley loves the new place. He gets all the love and attention any spoiled doggie would want. Not only that, but he gets to take a dip in the pool and play with lots of his friends :-)

I wasn't even sure if Rover.com had people who would cat sit here; lucky for me KristyAnn was willing! And on short notice. She even cleaned up my poor boy after his drive over from my dad's house. Super duper pet sitter!

My golden retriever Capa stayed at KristyAnn's and he had an amazing time. The house was clean and spacious and he loved playing in the yard. He was wiped out after I brought him home, from all the playtime he had with the other dogs! I also really appreciated the pictures and videos that KristyAnn sent while I was out of town -- it makes you feel so good to know your baby is having a great time! (Collapse)

She is good with dogs and I truly believe that she loves dogs very much, but I think she was overloaded with the amount of dogs that she was taking care of at this point. She didn't follow the schedules that we talked about initially and she didn't seem to read my in detail information about the dogs and the house that I sent to her in emails, in personal meetings and in the web site. This was just an okay stay. (Collapse)

The past two weeks, my husband and I took our first extended vacation together in 6 years. One of the reasons we hadn't gone anywhere for a long period of time was because I had never wanted to leave our 11 year-old beagle, Minnie, in a kennel. When we found out about rover.com I reluctantly started to investigate some of my options for pet-sitters. We chose KristyAnn from among other sitters based on her profile and ratings and we were not disappointed! When we went for our Meet and Greet, KristyAnn was warm and receptive and went out of her way to comfort and welcome Minnie, who (being her neurotic Beagle self) was nervous and hesitant to even go in to KristyAnn's place in the first place (just map this description on to me :). The first thing she (KristyAnn) did was get down on the floor with Minnie and talk to her and that was a great start for both Minnie and me! During our two-week vacation we received regular reassuring updates and photos of Minnie (including her sleeping in the bed, snuggled with the cat (wuh??) and snoozing with the other dogs in a big ball of fur). It was great for us to see Minnie not only relaxing but also coming out of her cautious shell and socializing with the other dogs and cat. In addition to being very very happy with KristyAnn's sitting services I also feel like Minnie has come home less nervous and more social than before. It's really clear that KristyAnn is a true dog lover and she will definitely be our "go to" dog person from now on! (Collapse)

In the past, when we've gone out of town, Ty and Lucy would stay at a traditional kennel. When we would pick them up, they would be crazy and wired for days. Yesterday, when I picked them up from KristyAnn's, they greeted us like perhaps they knew us, and came home and promptly collapsed. I'm not even sure they ate dinner! I've never seen them so happy and relaxed about being away from us. KristyAnn, you are the absolute best! My dogs (if KristyAnn will have them) wont be going anywhere else when we go out of town. We went out of town for the first time since adopting our dog Clyde and were very nervous about leaving him; since the adoption he had exhibited signs of separation anxiety. We knew leaving him at a boarding facility was not an option, we wanted a more personalized experience. Upon receiving our first message from KristyAnn we knew we had made the right decision. She has a lot of experience caring for dogs like Clyde and had a loving home environment to provide. Not only did Clyde have a great time, with round-the-clock care and plenty of canine companions, we received daily photos and updates on how our best friend was faring. Not only did KristyAnn do an amazing job making sure Clyde was cared for, she also took the time to reassure us as new owners that he was in good hands. I'm so grateful to have found KristyAnn. This was the first time we left our Harley with someone other than my parents, and she made us feel more than comfortable about the decision. She was very accommodating with our crazy schedules. You can tell she has a pure love for animals. She sent multiple video, photo and text updates to keep my nervous mind at ease. We will not be using anyone else when we go out of town. I cannot thank her enough. I hate to tell others about how great she is because then her dates will book up even faster, BUT I would want all pet owners to have someone as caring and compassionate as KristyAnn to watch their furry children. I have a French Bulldog puppy who rarely leaves my side, but Ralph loves it with KristyAnn! She sends me adorable texts and pictures throughout the stay which always put a smile on my face and make me feel at peace knowing my little guy is being taken good care of. I was so nervous to leave my Mason! I was a total wreck up until I met Kristy. She's amazing!! Her environment is so welcoming and soothing. She's such a lovely person and I am so grateful for the attention she shows him. Receiving pics and update texts on him was wonderful. I have found my sitter!!! Thanks again Kristy!

A last minute find was the luckiest! With a plane leaving in 2 hours and no where to leave my loving (but separation anxiety prone) dog "Jake", KristyAnn saved the day (& even offered to come pick him up if I couldn't swing by). All my worries were quickly turned to "wow" after I received the 1st text message that evening, along with an art-worthy pic of Jake playing outside and another of him sleeping soundly, cuddling with KristyAnn's dogs. When picking up Jake after a few days and seeing the stress-free look in his eyes, it was clear he had been entrusted into caring and loving hands. Certainly will be my 1st call next time I am in need of a sitter! (Collapse)
