I wanted to be a veterinarian when I grew up. I did end up in the sciences/engineering. However, these days, I find myself challenged by this tumultuous, global financial climate, having a difficult time locating substantive, steady paying work. One of my goals in reinventing myself has been to ensure I spend a great deal more time away from the computer, outside. At this juncture in time, I can find no better way to do this, than to dog sit and walk/exercise your furry buddy(ies). I simply LOVE the unconditional love doggies impart, and I love giving it back. Just about every dog I have come in contact gravitate to me instantly. I also simply enjoy being in the company of canines, seeing their tails wag, working and playing with them, observing them and learning their personalities. Ruff! Ruff!

In the past, I have owned a Black Labrador Retriever. As a child, I grew up with a Pug, Basset Hound and Beagle. I have cared for mixed breeds, as well as Australian Cattle Dogs, Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, German Shepherds, Pointers, Pugs, English Springer Spaniels, Greyhounds, Golden and Labrador Retriever breeds.

I have been a dog lover since I can remember. When I was a child, I wanted to grow up to be a veterinarian. All animals naturally gravitate to me, as do I to them.

If you are planning an out of town getaway, and need someone to look after your buddy while you are away, I am available. I have experience working with many breeds. I will see that your buddy is fed, loved and exercised properly while you are away. If, however, your buddy requires additional training or has some questionable behaviors that need some attention, we would need to discuss this possibility, plus adjust my rate, so it's fair to the both of us.

At a bare minimum, I would spend at least two 30 minute instances (early in the day, late in the day) affording your buddy exercise. And while I am in your home, I would also attend to feeding and grooming your pal.
