I am a senior at the University of Washington. I would love to get a dog of my own but I don't know where I will be next year. I would love to watch your dog while you are gone.

I have been a dog lover my whole life. I have dog and house sat for many family friends and neighbors. I also spent several years volunteering at Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene, Oregon.

What would you like to know about a dog before sitting him or her? Do you have any breed preferences?

I would like to know about any habitats the dog has, as well as any special needs the dog has. I typically prefer medium to large breeds but would be willing to work with any dog.

Do you have reliable transportation in the event of an emergency?

Yes, I have a car.

Are you comfortable administering medication?

Yes, I am comfortable administering medication. I am currently working at a vet clinic and have a lot of experience giving all sorts of medications.

Kathleen looked after our 2 dogs, cat, and house for a 4 day weekend. She was great! She texted us over the weekend to reassure us all was well, and we came home to happy animals and a clean house. Kathleen is a wonderful sitter- very conscientious, respectful and great with dogs! I had Kathleen come over to my house to spend the day with my dog, who's a bit shy. Kathleen spent the whole day with her, took her for walks, and did everything i asked of her. I'll be using her again, thanks for making leaving my dog at home such a great experience!

I left Ellie with Kathleen for almost a week, which was the longest time I've gone without her. She was very flexible and Ellie even got to go on a road trip to see her family in Oregon! Kathleen sent me updates to let me know Ellie was okay while I was gone. I felt comfortable leaving her with Kathleen and will definitely be looking for her to watch Ellie again in the future!

Kathleen was a great help to me! I recently fractured my foot and couldn't walk my dog Sheri. So Kathleen came everyday to give Sheri a nice long walk and help keep her exercised. She was timely and very sweet. I will be using Kathleen again in the future and I highly recommend her!

Kathleen really went above and beyond for our dog's time with her. We decided to go with Kathleen when we met her because she felt very trustworthy and caring and showed a clear love for making any pup happy and comfortable. She worked really hard to make sure that our dog was well-looked after, exercised, socialized, and loved. And reassured us that everything was going well. We only recently started using this site and could not be happier with Kathleen. She has stayed at our apartment with our dogs twice and both times we have had an excellent experience. We feel very comfortable having her stay in our apartment and it is so nice being able to keep our dogs in their own home environment.

This is an EXCELLENT service. I was so delighted to find Kathleen, one day before I had to leave for vacation, after my plans for my dogs fell through. I was able to have my furry friends in their home and come back to them, seeing little texts of what they were doing .. This was so efficient and easy, and definitely really reliable!

This was my first experience with Rover.com and with handing over my house keys to someone I don't know but all my worrying was for nothing because Kathleen was great! Not only did she take great care of my dog and took her for walks but she left my place looking as clean as I left it! I would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone that needs a petsitter.

I love my little dog, so it's important to me to find someone who will take good care of her. Kennels aren't an option, because my little terrier is a brat around other dogs. Kathleen fed, walked, and kept my dog company in my home. It's weird to give your house-keys to a stranger, but I was comfortable leaving my keys with Kathleen.
