Hello, my name is Joe Rogers. I am lucky enough to work from home and on my own time. This gives me the ability to enjoy my other passion;dogs. I have many services to offer and can not wait to meet your best friend. From going to dog parks, to off leash hiking trails (Thousand Acres), to rubbing their belly on the couch I will make your buddy feel at home in a safe and fun environment where their needs are met with enthusiasm and care. Please, contact me with any concerns or questions. I am a very flexible guy and want to help you the best I can. Why I love dog sitting I have had a dog in my life since I was born. My parents always had multiple dogs but the first dog that truly touched my heart, was my naked pug, Buster. Since Buster, I have a deep love for pugs. I have also been around Corgis, Boston Terriers, German Short hair Pointers, Fox Terriers, German Shepherds, Labs, Malamute, Great Danes, Cavalier King Charles, and multiple other kinds of dogs. About my yard We live in an apartment complex but there is fenced courtyards where they can be off the leash for a while. We also visit Thousand Acres frequently and our local dog park. My experience administering medication Yes, I have given pills to dogs I have pet sit in the past. If it is further medical need, please contact me and we can see if we can work it out.

Robin had a great time again with Joseph. I got photos while we were gone, which is always nice. I always know Robin is safe when he stays there.
Joseph and Paige were awesome with our dog Norman! We were stranded at the last minute by our normal boarding house, which ended their boarding services, and we had to scramble to find somewhere for our Norman to go while we were on vacation for 10 days. Joseph and Paige came over for a meet and greet and then arranged for Norman to do a "test" stay at their house for one night before we left him for 10 nights. Then, the night before we left town Norman got a stomach bug and we were so worried, but he recovered and Joseph and Paige were so calming about still taking him and fed him an altered diet for a few days until he fully recovered. Norman loves Joseph, Paige and especially their dog Frankie. I think it might be puppy love that will continue anytime we travel or just want Norman to have a fun night away. We looked forward to the pics they sent, and Norman arrived home at the end of his stay with them happy, healthy and tired! We will definitely use Joseph and Paige again.
Our dog is like our child. So leaving for him for a week was definitely difficult. But Joseph was amazing and made us feel comfortable. He sent us pictures everyday and treated Chewie just as we would. I highly recommend him and his services.

What I would like to know about a dog before sitting them, is how to make them happy. All dogs have their sweet spots and during their stay, I want to make them feel like their at home. Also, I would like to know of any weaknesses I should be aware of such as separation anxiety, crate training, chewing tendencies, or how they interact with other humans and dogs. All dogs are different and none of these issues means they are a bad dogs, I have had many dogs of my own with their set of problems. But with an awareness of the problem, I can help make their stay much easier.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We are located in the adorable Sullivan Gulch area. We will walk them through the neighbors and by local shops on Broadway. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Wherever they want! We let our dog sleep with us and if your furry friend wants to jump on up in the queen size bed, they sure can. We want them to be truly comfortable and we love have cuddle buddies! Time I'll spend with your dog The days that you book with me, I or my wife will be with them all day. The longest your animal would be alone is up to 2 hours.
