Jennifer was fabulous!! She is super responsible and on the ball! She arrived exactly on time and took great care of Louie. The house was in perfect condition when I arrived home and she even washed the sheets and towels. I highly recommend and will definitely reach out to her for future booking requests - thanks Jennifer!

I was really looking forward to having Jennifer do in home house-sitting with my dog while I traveled out of the country after a great meet-and-greet, reading positive reviews, and seeing she was a Rover star sitter. Unfortunately, despite her being at my home the entire time of care, I quickly noticed through my ring camera that my dog wasn’t let out during the agreed-upon very flexible potty breaks. I let this slide in the beginning because I thought maybe she was adjusting to the schedule and my dog is generally flexible in his bathroom breaks. However, the final straw occurred when I noticed my dog went nearly 20 hours without being let out in then back yard. While I did not directly express this concern to Jennifer at the time, I felt that I could no longer trust her with his care after going that long without being let outside, and I decided to relieve her of her duties while I was abroad. I personally felt that this was completely inexcusable when Jennifer was at my home this entire time. It created a lot of anxiety and stress for me while I was away that I would not want anyone else to experience with their fur babies. Additionally, I only received one update from Jennifer over those 4 days, and while I didn’t clearly state how often I would have liked to receive updates beforehand, I anticipated after our initial meeting that Jennifer was someone who would go out of her way to give me peace of mind. I hate writing this review, but I feel it’s important to share this experience, as it would have been something I’d want to know when choosing a sitter for my dog. This may have been a one-off situation, but I wanted to provide my honest feedback.
