I live very close to a lovely dog park, which I would gladly take your dog to (with your permission, of course) and will happily take your dog for a walk along the Hudson Riverside Park.

I understand not wanting to leave your dog in a kennel. Homes are much better :)

I'm happy to stay contact with you about the well-being of your pet while you're away. Prefer to be off the grid? Not a problem. Rest assured that your pet is in capable, loving, and safe hands.
My entire apartment is air-conditioned (important in the NYC summer!). There is also an emergency veterinary hospital right near our house!

I love dogs and love taking them for walks or runs.

Purely based on the size of my apartment, I would prefer small to medium dogs.

Before sitting your dog, I'd love to know their activity level, current basic daily schedule, and any quirks they may have. We'll talk about their sleeping habits, eating habits, and everything you think I need to know.

We will look after the dog full time while s/he is in our care.

In a doggy bed in the living room, close to our bedroom.

If you have your dog crate trained at night, I'm happy to keep their crate in my room or not - whatever you normally do at home.
