Hello there! My name is Heather and I am a 20 year old aspiring vet tech. I am a lifetime animal lover with a passion to communicate and care for our furry friends. I thoroughly enjoy caring for canines and ensuring you, the owner, are pleased and have peace of mind. I am responsible, experienced and extremely respectful. I also am flexible and will do my best to fulfill your needs.

I have lifelong experience with all animals (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, reptiles, etc.) including basic dog obedience/training skills. My own dog Kamo is my little pound baby who I spoil and love with all my heart. I am willing to do as you, the owner, pleases and will follow any specific instructions. I am a very respectful, responsible young lady who has worked with multiple dog breeds and even broke and trained horses for a period of time, so I have taken an interest in understanding animals and their actions/thought processes. I really take the time to understand dogs and cater to their needs accordingly. Daniel has his own rescue dog who has been the joy of his life for the last 7 years. As am I, he is a very calm, patient and mature person who also likes to make a connection with both dog and owner. He enjoys large dogs and can handle even the strongest with total patience. We have previous dog-sitting/house-sitting experience.

I must admit I was a dog-lover from birth. I was raised with a Siberian Husky puppy, Apollo. He was the light of my childhood and my guardian until his passed at 14 years old. My life has always been filled with dogs. I've been partial to rescuing and even fostered for awhile. I have worked with other people's dogs (taken them through obedience classes, did basic training, etc.) and I am returning to college this fall to complete my Vet Tech degree. I have taken a lot of time reading books on dog training and dog body language. Basically, my life would be dull without canines.

Daniel was raised with dogs his entire life. He has taken an interest in dog training and is hoping to rescue a second dog once we get settled into a home together. He absolutely loves my dog and can hardly stay away from any dog he comes into contact with. He is an aspiring Police Officer and his dream is to be on the K-9 Unit once he is able to. He also is very fond of other animals. Animals are an essential part of his life.

I am very comfortable with dogs, even ones with aggressive tendencies. I learn to understand the dog and respect their boundaries as well as make a connection with the dog. I just need to know the basics or any info you may feel I need to know. I have no breed preferences; I love them all and have experience with multiple breeds!

Daniel too is very comfortable with most dogs. He prefers the larger breeds just because he is a big guy but he loves all dogs, all sizes and all breeds. He is particularly fond of German Shepherds.

Yes. I own a newer vehicle (serviced regularly). Daniel as well owns his a very reliable vehicle.

Yes I am. I have my own diabetic kitty that requires insulin twice a day. I am comfortable giving meds and administering shots.

Daniel has experience giving meds to dogs. Some of the dogs he has dog-sat are old and require meds twice daily as well as a little assistance in moving about.

As long as you need! Dogs only have humans to depend on, so our time with your dog is essential!
