As a lifelong animal lover it was a natural choice to make working with dogs my career. I've been a professional pet sitter and dog walker for 13 years. I'm also a certified dog trainer and engage in continuing education on dog behavior and care. In my free time I volunteer for Canine Companions, a non-profit organization that trains assistance dogs for people who have disabilities.

Before sitting we'll do a meet and greet where you and your pet can get to know me and we can discuss your pet's personality, routine and, if applicable, any health concerns.
A typical day
I will give your dog potty breaks, playtime, feeding, walks, and we'll hang out around the house, just as you would if you were home. We may play some fun games of hide and seek and do tricks for treats. If your dog is active, we'll spend lots of time on walks, going to nearby parks, or playing out in the backyard. For the homebodies we may just curl up and watch a little tv or play indoors. Whatever your dog's preference!

Spring 2023 Update: I am available for midday walks, Monday-Friday. Reliable and Knowledgeable; As a certified professional trainer I am formally educated in dog care and behavior and have worked with a variety of breeds, sizes and personalities. My goal is to maintain your pet's normal routine to ensure their comfort while you are away. You'll get daily updates with pictures and a happy dog to come home to. Loving care, backed by professional experience means peace of mind for you and your pet!
