SF Mission apartment available for dog sitting

Hello!
I am a dog lover and live in a pet friendly building in San Francisco's Mission district, near Rainbow Grocery. There are tons of dog friendly walks around here, including Dolores Park, Potrero Hill area and Valencia & Guerrerro Streets.
My home is a large two bedroom apartment with a back porch.
I grew up with Collies & Shih Tzus and would love to offer a place to dog sit one or multiple small or medium sized dogs. I can care for one larger dog at a time, maybe with room for another smaller sized dog, depending on size & personality types of the individual dogs.
I work a lot from home so I am able to be there for your dog and provide a lot of care & attention.
I enjoy walking dogs & hanging out with them. I am willing to provide extra care like administering medicine and mild grooming & cleaning upon request. I can adapt to your dog's personality and provide a fun & friendly environment. Please check view my testimonials!
A typical stay includes a lot of attention paid to your dog, three walks a day, meals as per your instruction and a comfortable night's sleep.

Since I was born! I lived with two full grown collies as an infant, and have had dogs all my life. At my family's house we have had four different Shih Tzus over the years, I am partial to Shih Tzus but I love all dogs, big & small. I've cared for all sizes in my home, from Pitbull to Doberman to Pomeranian!

I enjoy all dogs, but I always like to know your dogs personality, likes/dislikes, walking style and any sort of medical issues. It's good for me to know how your dog gets along with other dogs as sometimes I will dogsit more than one dog in my home.

I do not have a car but I am within walking distance of All Pets hospital on South Van Ness.

I have a nice sunny back deck. Many of my dogs that I have cared for enjoy sitting on the back porch in the warm sun.

It depends on your dogs size and temperament, many times a dog can sleep in the bed with me, or on the floor in a dog bed. Sometimes they prefer the living room floor or couch. It just depends on the dog's personality, size, and amount of shedding.

I live in the Mission, my favorite parks are Dolores & Precita parks, but I tailor my dog walks to each dog... some dogs do not like a public park with other dogs, and some cannot be off leash, so I just speak with the dog owner and figure out what's best for each particular pup.
