Emma was very professional and took good care of our very hard to take care of cat.
Unfortunately, Emma was not a good fit for our Senior Dog. I did not enjoy my vacation at all because I was so worried about her and the negative feedback Emma was giving me. I sent my sister in law to pick up my dog 2 days early. Even though her bio states that she has "specific experience " in caring for Senior pets, I did not find that to be the case.
Emma is awesome! Our kitty is very shy, but Emma pulled out all the stops to make her feel comfortable. Emma is excellent at communicating, which really eased our minds on vacation!
She does a great job with my cat and dog!! She sends pics and updates and is so easy to communicate with!! Very thoughtful and helpful!! I will be using her services all summer
