I love dogs, and I love helping out my fellow dog lovers to ensure that their pooch is safe and happy when they are out of town. If your dog stays with me, you can be sure that they will love their home away from home! There is nothing better than working with dogs. I've been dog sitting and working at dog rescues in my spare time since high school. I've lived with multiple dogs for as long as I've been alive. Dog sitting is more than a job to me. I love helping fellow dog lovers when they need someone to look after one of their family members and because I love being able to socialize my dog and other dogs together. I pride myself on being a rescue foster 'mom' for bully breeds and am passionate about ending breed specific legislation. I am heavily involved with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, and want to see all animals find their forever homes. I am the go-to dog sitter for family members, former professors and colleagues. You and your dog will love me because I'm experienced, knowledgable and relaxed. I understand dogs and do my best to make them comfortable! My life has been full of great moments with these awesome animals and I am a huge promoter of rescuing dogs. My senior year of high school I worked on my senior project with an animal rescue and fostered an Irish wolfhound mix - who my family ended up adopting! In college I fostered a german shepherd for 3 months and a pit bull for 5 months. Both of these dogs were then adopted! Ever since I've been allowed to have dogs in my place of residence, I've fostered or dog sat as frequently as possible. I have so much love to give, just like our furry friends, and I want them to know that they have someone looking out for them. My life has been dedicated to helping animals, and I can't wait to spend time with yours.
