A dog is more than a pet.

I would love to care for your dog in your home or in mine. I have been blessed with a good size backyard perfect for frolicking, a good game of fetch, or just doing their 'business'.

I grew up with a dog in the house for the majority of my childhood. In my adult life as soon as I found into a place that allowed dogs, I had one picked out before I signed a lease. There are few things stronger than a bond between a dog and owner. Companionship is a huge part of a dog's life because we are all that they have, and I love the attention I get/give from animals as much as they do. I love taking my dog on walks, a good game of fetch or tug-o-war, or playdates with other dogs. A tired dog is a happy dog.

Going out of town and need someone to walk or spend time with your pooch? I am experienced in pet sitting and don't mind taking in mail, watering plants, or turning on/off lights as needed if you are gone for an extended period. I will provide walks, playtime, feeding, and genuine love for your pet while you are away.

I have been a dog lover since I was a toddler. I have always had a dog in my home and in my adult life my dog is like my child.

I would like to know their basic likes and dislikes. I would want to know if there is anything they may be afraid of or types people/things I should be wary about when we are out and about. Any health problems or allergies would be important as well.
