Pet care experience
We are a two adult, four children home. We also have a small poodle-terrier. We have split-level home with a fenced back yard. We are on a quiet street. Since we home school our children, someone is at home most of the week. We are an active dog-loving and friendly family. Our children are especially kind and respectful to animals. We are more than happy to send you messages and pictures of your dog while you are gone. We would love to watch your dog, and will ensure that your dog is safe and happy while you are gone!

Pocky loved his vacation with Colette and her family. He was happy, healthy and very well taken care of. Colette took pictures and emailed them to us so we could still have our puppy with us on our trip!....the house is very dog friendly and they clearly love animals. I've known Colette and her family for more than 5 years. They are an extremely caring and personable family. They have adopted and taken cared of their dog Rusty for a few years now and had Rehab him back to good health physically and mentally. He was in poor condition as he was found on the streets. Overall they are trustworthy folks who are reliable and caring.

Why I love dog sitting My husband and I have been dog lovers our whole life. We both grew up with dogs in our house (and cats), and when we married and started our own family we knew we wanted to carry that tradition on. We have one dog right now. He is a cute poodle terrier, whom is loved by all in our family.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We live on a quiet street, and will walk your dog around our neighborhood. We have two our three block routes that we like to go on. If your dog likes longer walks we also have a great forrest path near our house that dogs love! We are also close to several parks or dog parks. We are available to walk your dog as many times as he/she would like while you are gone! Your dog's sleeping arrangement We are flexible with sleep arrangements. I feel like your dog should sleep the way he/she is used to sleeping when he/she is home with you. Time I'll spend with your dog As much time as he/she would enjoy. Your dog will be loved by everyone in our family!
