Being around animals makes me happy and as I do not own my own critters at the moment I use animal-sitting as a way to get my "fix" while helping others. I have lots of experience working with dogs, cats, and even backyard chickens. Having your animals in my care you will know they are safe and are getting lots of love and attention.

I like to know if a certain dog has preferences or routines that make them feel safe. I think some (not all) dogs are more comfortable and at-ease when they stick to certain daily rituals. I also like to know if the dog is good with other dogs(dog park settings) or if they are better sticking with just the caretaker.

It depends on whatever the owner and dog need. I am willing to discuss expectations, but typically I think a nice walk in the neighborhood or a park, a feeding, and some lounge/play time is suitable.
