I've been boarding dogs in my home for over 16 years. I have a large playroom and fenced yard exclusively for the dogs. They are part of our family when they stay here.

The dogs must be current on all shots. They must be neutered or spayed. Dogs should know the basic commands and be socialized with other dogs. Paperwork to be filled out beforehand.

Yes, I give pills, shots and sub-fluids as needed. We have a vet tech on call also.

I walk the dogs in the morning and evening. They're with us all evening and night. Michael watches them during the day. (he's worked with me for over 16 years-taking care of the boarding dogs while I do the dog walking.)

I have a fenced in 40' x 30' yard. It's mostly pavers (to keep the dogs clean) with some grass. I have a double door system anywhere that leads to the street.

We have couches that the dogs are allowed on and pet beds around the house. Small dogs often sleep with us. We follow the owners instructions on where they want the dogs to sleep.

We tend to stay away from dog parks and instead go on trails at Stern Grove or the Presidio. They can be off or on leash.
