We are a husband and wife team with a deep love of animals. Never being able to have children of our own we chose to throw ourselves into rescuing and loving fur kids. Right now we have 3 beautiful girls. Stella, Bear and Boudicca and a sweet little silky terrier boy, Champ. Stella has Addison's disease so we are very familiar with treating sick animals and giving injections if needed. (We also had a Cocker who had seizures and Cushings.) In addition we also own and run a small grooming shop in south city where we strive to give your pet the best spa day ever. We don't cage our animals unless they are not friendly with others or by owner request. We have a great reputation with area vets and are recommended a lot especially for older and hard to handle animals. We are looking to expand our services to more than just grooming and would love the chance to pamper your pet and have some new "nieces and nephews" to love. We will gladly provide references upon request. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since childhood. It runs in the family! Mom worked at the zoo hospital for over 20 years and we always had animals at home. Lance and I have had dogs and cats ever since we got married over 26 years ago. I started in the grooming business about 10 years ago and loved it so much I bought the shop when my boss retired! There is nothing better than being surrounded by puppy love all day. My experience administering medication Yes, we have a lot of experience in that area. Our Stella has Addison's disease and our first "child" Beavis had seizures and later in life Cushing's. Our Bear has yeast issues so we are ALWAYS dealing with ear infections. In addition We see a lot of dogs with issues at the grooming shop and are often asked to help an owner who can't seem to get in the ear or eye drops!
