Pet care experience
Hello! Thank you for your interest in boarding your pet with us. We are excited to welcome your pet into our home. We are a family of three - Ashley, Eric and (our 21 month old fur baby) Killua - located in Cottonwood Heights, UT. We have a spacious three bedroom home with a large yard for your pet to roam about in. We go on daily walks as well as make regular visits to the dog park (Sandy, Sugarhouse and Willow Creek in Park City). We enjoy hiking and will often do at least one longer hike per week. We also enjoy introducing new activities to Killua such as agility, swimming, and tricks. Your pet is invited to participate as well. If your pet enjoys their quiet time, we will be sure to accommodate that! We have plenty of comfortable bed, couch and floor space for lounging and naps. We know being away from your canine family member can be stressful for both you and your pet. We want to make this experience as comfortable and fun as possible!

Again, Ashley and company came through for us! From drop off (setting our minds at ease, assuring us that our raw food was not a complete time constraint)...to keeping us up on Kuma's adventures with Killua (Ashley and Eric's Dog), walks, and general puppy life without us through cute pics and descriptions. And then letting us extend when our car broke down in Cedar City. I cannot say enough. Ashley is just the best! Thanks Ashley! Thanks Eric! We are so grateful that you can help us keep Kuma safe and well cared for! Kuma came home and we could tell he was not stressed in the least. We also appreciate the positive reinforcement you give Kuma as he is being trained for life! (Good down, good sit).

Taylor really enjoyed her stay at Ashley's. She enjoyed playing with Ashley's dog and made a good friend in him. Taylor is a very shy and timid girl and Ashley took the time to make her feel comfortable and safe. Ashley also sent us numerous pictures during the week to keep us updated on how Taylor is doing. Being the first time that we had left Taylor- this was very comforting and allowed us to relax, knowing Taylor was in good hands. We would definitely recommend Ashley's house to anyone who needs a responsible and caring pet sitter!! Thanks Ashley!!
Cedar stayed with Ashley and her husband for six days over a holiday weekend and it went absolutely flawlessly. She sent us daily pictures and updates which made us miss him more. He seemed to get along with their adorable dog really well and came back exhausted, which was great. Definitely recommend and would use her again.

Please note that all dogs over one year old should be neutered/spayed and up to date on their immunizations. Please let us know if your pet has anything that makes them fearful or anxious (for example - bikes, fireworks, etc...) And lastly, please let us know what makes your pet happy!

Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog is welcome to sleep anywhere in our home. Time I'll spend with your dog We both work during the weekday but come home for lunch daily and look forward to spending quality play time in the evenings. During the weekend, you pet will be with someone most of the day.

Why I love dog sitting Eric has had miniature schnauzers his whole life. I fell in love with dogs in recent years and it has changed my life. We are so glad to finally be in the position to have one of our very own!
