Peace of mind while you travel!

Pet care experience

Hello my name is Anthony and I am a full-time pet sitter living in Pembroke Pines, FL. My aim is to create a fun, safe environment in which dogs can play, learn, and interact with other dogs and people. My pet care services are based on the philosophy that dogs' feelings of happiness stem from a deep need for human companionship, socialization with other dogs, discipline, and above all, lots of play! This is why my pet sitting, boarding, and training services cater to dogs' basic needs and promote their psychological and physical well-being. By providing your pet with the love and care s/he deserves, I hope you'll feel at ease knowing your dog is in good hands. To find out more about my methods and services please feel free to contact me! Why I love dog sitting I have been a lifelong dog lover and became the proud parent of my first dog in 2008. Since then, I have been learning as much as possible about how to best care for dogs, how to strengthen my relationship with my own dogs, and how to make my clients happy. I now have two dogs, Maya and Jimmy, who are always happy to make some new four-legged friends!

Anthony was amazing! I was a little skeptical at first because I've never left my dogs with anyone besides family, but We made a great choice with Anthony. He kept us informed the whole week while we were gone, sent us pictures and updates on our dogs. That made us feel great that our dogs are being loved and taking such good care of. He Even gave our dogs a bath before we picked them up! I will definitely be using Anthony again when we go out of town next time!

I left Violet with Anthony for 5 days while I was out of town. Everyday felt like she was at camp. She had so much fun. He kept me up to date with pics, videos and comments every single day. He is caring and attentive like no other. He made her feel comfortable when she had her moments. There was a big weight lifted in my heart knowing she was happy, safe and having an awesome time. Anthony is solid gold. Cannot thank him enough!

Anthony is top notch all-round. He’s the total sitter package 10/10! He went above and beyond taking care of Violet. He really takes his time to get to know both you and your pets. I knew immediately animal safety was his priority. He kept me in constant loop on how Violet’s day was going from beginning to end. He sent me pics/videos/updates throughout the day. You can really tell he has a genuine love for animals. It just felt amazing knowing she was with someone safe, genuine and really kind. Seeing her happy made me so happy. Can’t wait to bring her back. Highly recommend Anthony! ?

My dog had an absolute blast with Anthony for the weekend! When I brought her back home she knocked out for the rest of the day from all of the fun she had LOL. She got lots of play time with other dogs and lots of pets and cuddles. I got daily updates on how she was doing and what was going on. Anthony was super accommodating with any and all requests I had for my baby. 1000000/10 would recommend Anthony to anyone who needs a safe and happy place to leave their pups for a bit!

About my yard I have a secure, fenced in yard, which is perfect for dog care. My spacious backyard allows plenty of room for play and activities, as well as comfortable lounging in the shade on breezy, tolerable days in South Florida. I have taken steps to ensure that the area is an ideal space for dogs to play, learn, socialize, and most importantly, a place where they can feel safe and have fun.

Information Anthony E. would like to know about your pet

When I meet a new client and their dog, there are some questions I like to ask before the stay. I believe that having a thorough conversation about your pet's history, behavior, temperament, level of socialization, and individual quirks, will ensure that I am a great match for you and your dog. All of the questions I ask at a meet-and-greet are aimed at giving me the best, overall picture of your pet's personality, and will provide me with the information I need to provide top quality care and a worry-free visit. Also, in my house, all breeds are welcomed. Whether you have a teacup Yorkie, or an oversized Great Dane that thinks they are a lap dog, all doggie visitors will feel at home! Some typical questions I will ask at a meet-and-greet are: -How long have you had your pet? Please give me a brief history of your relationship together. -Does your pet have any medical issues or special care instructions? -How often does your pet interact with other dogs? Please describe those interactions. -Does your pet pull on the leash? Do they lunge at other pedestrians during walks, or try to chase after cats, cars, squirrels, etc.? -What are your pet's favorite games to play/treats to eat? -Would you like me to work on obedience training with your pet while you are away? The meet-and-greet is a great time to discuss your dog's care and address any of your concerns, so please come prepared with any questions you might have for me!

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks- I live in a quiet neighborhood in Pembroke Pines, the perfect place for dog walks with plenty of shade and limited traffic. Walks can be done at the distance that best suits your pet's needs - ranging from a short 5 to 10 minute bathroom break to an hour long extended walk or run. With your permission, I will walk to a nearby field on the south campus of Broward College with a great view of North Perry General Aviation Airport and a beautiful lake (a 1/2 mile walk from my house). My pets love this daily routine and I feel it's a great way to drain some energy, practice leash walking, and integrate new doggie friends into the pack. Dogs are well-supervised and hydrated during all outings. Your dog's sleeping arrangement- Many clients' dogs sleep in my bedroom with my dogs and I. Based on your preference your dog will sleep in the master bedroom or in the large, indoor air-conditioned Florida room, which I have converted into a doggie den! Overnight crating is also available at the owner's request.

Time I'll spend with your dog- Given my commitment to your dog's well-being, I plan to spend all day caring for your pet. Because in-home pet care is my full time job, your dog will not be left alone for an extended period of time. Instead, dogs will participate in fun walks, play and training sessions, and pack naps indoors to escape from South Florida's heat.
