Information Amber D. would like to know about your pet

I don't have breed restrictions, but I have a weight limit. I would like to stick with dogs under 95 lbs. This is merely a safety precaution so I can maintain dominance while walking and not be overpowered if your pet suddenly jumps/tries to runaway.

A typical day

Time I'll spend with your dog One hour twice day. A half hour walk (depending on dog's fitness), plus half hour playtime. Extra house-sitting services Absolutely. Simple tasks such as watering plants, taking the trash out, bringing in mail are all very easy for me to do.

Pet care experience

To be fair to your pooch, I prefer to keep them at your home where they are comfortable. I have a small yard, so exceptions can be made with small dogs to stay with me and my two boxers (both are almost 4 years old and very sweet). Why I love dog sitting It sounds funny, but I used to be very afraid of dogs. I grew up with cats and never really had any experience with dogs. Then five years ago, I met this dog named Tennessee and he softened me up. He was up for adoption and I tried to talk my parents into letting me keep him. While I couldn't I was glad to hear that the very next day he found a home. Two years later, my friend decides to get a puppy, so I went with him to the breeders. Of course I didn't fall for his puppy right away because this cute little runt walked straight over to me and fell asleep on my lap. In that instant the little boy puppy claimed me and I had to have him. That's how I ended up with two silly, playful, and snuggly boxers. Ever since then I can't imagine not having my sweet pups. My experience administering medication Depends. My cat had diabetes for years, so I am experience with giving insulin shots. I am comfortable as long as your pet isn't scared of getting shots, or taking medication.

Amber was fantastic with our dogs! We have a pitbull and a chiweenie and needed someone who could handle a big dog and a feisty little one. She was great with both of them! She sent us pictures and updates on a regular basis to keep us posted during our trip. We never had to worry because she was always a text or phone call away. We came home to 2 happy pups and a clean house. We're glad to find someone we could trust with our dogs and our home. We'll definitely use Amber's services again!

Amber D. was a terrific choice to stay in our home with our new puppy, Robbi. Robbi was well fed (gained 6 happy puppy pounds when weighed at puppy vet visit the following week), she was happy and showed zero signs of stress. Robbi played with Amber's two sweet boxers and received great socialization opportunity! My home was left in fine form and all was safe and sound. She was kind enough to take the time to send pics of Robbi over the five days we were away. Wonderful peace of mind. Amber also cared for our 6 year old crested ghecko, which I know isn't fun due to having to catch crickets!

Amber was very nice and came to meet my dog before the dates I requested to make him feel comfortable before I left. She sent me a text with a pic on every walk they went on and after she fed him.
