I have a passion for animals and absolutely adore all breeds of dogs, cats, and horses! I'm extremely energetic and love to walk my own dog as much as I can as well as give him baths. I'm willing to come to your home for daily visits to walk your dog, bathe him/her, or stay overnight for extra care. I do not have any pet allergies therefore I can also take care of animals ranging from cats to horses to potbelly pigs! I have a very flexible schedule so it is likely that I could fit your needs and requests. :)

Over the past few years both in high school and college, I have taken care of many animals for friends, neighbors, and acquaintances. All of the people who know me know that I would much rather spend a day with my dog than with people (but of course that isn't always possible). I have experience house sitting, taking care of cats, birds, turtles, fish, and all different breeds of dogs.

My parents told me that ever since I was a baby I was always in awe with dogs wherever we went. I used to watch AKC championships and was a diligent Animal Planet viewer for quite a long time. I have had 2 dogs of my own, a Portuguese Water Dog and an English Cream Golden Retriever. I honestly cannot imagine how my life would have been or would be without them.

I do not have any preferences as to what breed the dog/dogs are, but I am interested in their personalities. I generally like to know whether they are timid, rambunctious, docile, or any other important characteristic that would affect how I give my attention to the dog and care for him or her.

I have a Volvo SUV, which has been very reliable. Therefore, I would be able to transport an animal quickly and safely because of the space.

I have been a house sitter for one of my neighbors for over 5 years. I am willing to do other tasks such as watering plants, turning lights on/off at night, as well as bring in the newspaper or mail.

I generally will spend an hour or two each visit with a dog unless overnight accommodations have been made or the owner prefers I stay longer.
