I am a male, currently attending college. My family runs a daycare business, so I thought that it would be nice if I could also do something similar and work as a dog sitter.
I have two dogs of my own, a mixed terrier and a chihuahua. My family and I have been taking care of them since they were puppies, and now they're about 4 years old. They may bark at first sight, but they become very friendly soon afterwards.
I love dogs and wouldn't ever board any of mine in a kennel. My dogs are my children now and are thoroughly spoiled and pampered. I have had a background check. I have purchased the extra insurance to keep all pets safe and healthy. I have also completed the Pet Saver Training Program which includes Dog/Cat CPR & First Aid. Only the best for my Rover pups!
If you are indeed in the Quincy area, I would gladly come to take care of your dog in your home and treat your dog with the utmost care! Give me a schedule so I will know when to walk and feed your dog and the rest I will take care of. I have no problem playing with dogs all day and all night. It's definitely one of my specialties. Please allow me the honor of taking care of your lovely pup.
Selfishly, I do this for a few reasons; me - because if I could own 12 dogs I would; and for my dog Stout, who would LOVE another buddy to play and cuddle with!
Please be sure that your dog loves his own kind.
Since I live on M Street, I am right next to a park where I take my own dog. There are many dogs to play with, so please let me know if your dog would, or would not, fit in well with that environment and I'll find something else for us to do!
Also, check out my Traveling Sitter profile. I also travel to people's homes to look after their dogs while they are away and who would rather keep their dogs in their own environment.
I love animals and have been always wanting to work with them. I love walking and been active in any weather. Therefore, I decided to become a dog sitter and a walker. I have experience with various breeds such as St Bernards, Germans Shepherds, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Labs, Pomeranians, Terriers etc. I pay attention to dog's needs and make sure that I am able to handle the responsibilities (number of walks etc) before accepting a stay. I take caring for animal seriously and respect animals. I only take one or two dogs at a time if the dogs are social with other dogs. My location is Dorchester, MA
Currently I do not have a CPR certification for animals but I am a certified Veterinarian Assistant and Have more than 10 years animal experience. I also have a bachelor's degree in business and will hopefully open a doggie daycare business soon.
Hi there, I'm Amy! I have a B.S. in Zoology and am a huge animal lover! I crave that pup play time and I can’t wait to give your dog all my lovin’! I am happy to go for walks, runs, hikes, or whatever exercise and attention your dog would like best! Overnights at my comfy apartment in a quiet family neighborhood are the perfect option for keeping your best friend comfortable, relaxed, and well-loved while you’re out of town. I really look forward to meeting your pup!
At this time, I also work a part time job 9am to 3pm (with a half hour commute on each end). Please keep this in mind if you have a very active dog who does not do well on his or her own for part of the day.
I am a dog lover, I own a 22 lb schnauzer mix (Tulah) myself and she is my world.
I understand the importance of having your furry family member feel comfortable and safe while you are away. I am willing to travel to your home to take care of your dog overnight if needed, or any other arrangements can be made.
Need to get away for an evening? Contact me and we can work something out!
I'm a business professional but I take the care of animals very seriously. I will treat your animal like my own. Your pet will sleep with me if he/she wants. I will bathe him/her if they get dirty. They will be safe until you return. No worries. I will walk them and make them feel like part of the family. My pets are very accustomed to other dogs in the home and will not bother your dog. They will mostly ignore him or her and will only engage in play if your dog welcomes it.
Hello and welcome to my Rover.com profile page. Like most of the folks on the site I will take care of your dog while you are away. Your pooch's comfort and safety are my top priority as if you've never left. I have extensive expereince with dogs and can be a true friend to your dog while you are away.
This will be my first official dog sitting/walking job but have been caring for dogs my whole life.
I want nothing more than to deliver the best service possible and make sure you can relax while you leave your dog in my care. If you would like more background information or have any other questions please let me know.
Want to go away and not have to worry about your pet? Picture your dog running around in a big yard with lots of frisbees, tennis balls, and a few other dogs to play with. Then coming inside to kick back, relax, and watch animal planet. If that doesn't sound appealing, let me know what your dogs ideal day looks like and I'll to my best to make it happen! I'm Erin, a senior in college and now wishing I went to school to be a vet. I knew I had a strong passion for caring for people for a very long time, I didn't know that passion also extended to animals until my family took Oscar, my American Bulldog, in 3 years ago. Oscar turned my whole world around. He was always there to cheer me up when I was down, licked my tears away when I was upset, and was a good motivator to get me to be more active since hes is a very energetic dog. The love for my own dog extended to other dogs as well. Now I find myself approaching dogs as they pass by to say hello! I currently take care of 4 dogs, once a day during the week. I would love to add more excitement to my daily routine by taking care of your dog!
Animals have been one of my passions since I was a kid. I grew up having pets at home and always took great care of them. I love walking dogs, playing with them, and taking them to the park. I also love cats and have two cats back home (in Washington). I'm only in Boston for one year so I didn't bring any pets with me, but would be honored to be able to play with your pets instead!
The most love, attention & fun you could hope for!

I am extremely interested in the Pet Sitting position that you are seeking to fill. My name is Christine and I'm 46 in Quincy area.
I attained my degree from Suffolk University, and went on to attain my MBA. I found that the business world was not at all conducive to my personal morals and values. I transitioned into the veterinary technician field for years, and am not currently working.
In terms of pets, I have 2 dogs and a cat. I adopt only, I do not purchase pets from litters, as there are so many that need good homes. Of course they come with issues - One was initially out of control, and is now a well trained phenomenal pet. My keeshond was neglected to the point of abuse. He was crated all day and has a serious seizure disorder that I proudly have under control. My cat was given up and I adopted him from an animal hospital that I worked at.
I will meet, above and beyond, your requirements: I am very creative, kind, patient and understand the importance of activity. I am excessively reliable, responsible and put the safety first. I entertain and enjoy ALL of the listed activity expectations you are seeking to find in a provider.
I am available and am committed by nature to dependably be available for these hours. Additionally, I am available on short notice for emergencies, or unscheduled hours.
If you are interested, please contact me at your convenience. Looking forward to hearing from you.
