Madi sent pics and updates and it was obvious that Dougal relaxed like he was at home. For Dougal that means relaxing on top of the couch cushions. We went to Hershey park this past weekend, and at the last minute they immediately responded and took our Lucky! I received constant communication plus pictures of how Lucky was doing. He looked happy, and made some new friends. It was so cool to see him looking like he was at home. It was a relief because the other person we had picked was not going to work out. I was in a panic. My husband was like no way to the other home. So after driving over 4 hours, we were stuck. So, I contacted Tracey and she had her husband call us. He was so polite, helpful to us that it was a blessing honestly. If you think it’s too far, let me tell you they are worth it! If we come back to Hershey I am calling them! You will see that all the reviews are on point.”
