What do I have to do to sign up for Rover?
It's easy! Signing up to Rover.com is FREE and takes under 10 minutes. Visit our signup page and fill out your profile as a dog owner and/or a dog sitter. Make sure to use your real name, fill out a description of yourself and upload photos. Without these things, we cannot display your profile: in order to create a trusted community, we need to share details with each other!

How can I pay for dog sitting on Rover.com?
You can pay for dog sitting using your Paypal account or any major credit card. Transacting through Rover.com ensures that your payments are secure.

How do I get paid for dog sitting on Rover.com?
You can choose to receive a cash payment from Rover.com at anytime, or store the value you have earned in the form of "Rover Bucks" for use later. You can use your Rover Bucks for dog services in the future or redeem them at anytime.
Your funds will be available three days after the dog in your care is returned to his or her owner.

How does Rover.com make money?
Rover.com collects a transaction fee at the point of transaction. As part of our launch, this fee has been reduced to 15%.

Where does Rover have sitter and dog listings from today?
Rover has a large number of listings from Seattle dog sitters and Seattle dog boarders, and we are now expanding our community to include Portland dog sitters and Portland dog boarders.
Live somewhere else? If you are one of the first dog sitters in your area, you will receive a $10 Rover Bucks credit or an opportunity to enjoy a Featured Listing Status, a complimentary premium placement for your sitter profile.
