“Words cannot describe what incredible care Justin and Brent provided for our precious dog, Austin. Plans changed due to a loved one falling ill, and they were amazingly flexible and accommodating of a much longer stay at short notice. They were incredibly communicative, sent loads of photos and most of all, treated Austin with so much love and affection. He loved being with all the other dogs too and made lots of new friends! Kim’s nurturing nature made my baby feel right at home. She shared videos and pics of my baby on their walks, car rides and play time. She even printed a couple of the pics for me as keepsakes! ?
