I'd ask your pet's vet because although you may be able to find breed specific food, it's also important to get the input of someone who knows your pet's medical status. Healthy Shepherd? Overweight Shepherd? Super active, hiking Shepherd? Shepherd with history of medical issues or familial medical issues?

We've had shepherds for many years, and two different dogs have been allergic to chicken. We do not feed them anything that contains chicken, but unfortunately most dog food contains it in some form. Blue Buffalo is our particular choice.
